Frequently asked questions

Answers about the products, a campus install, and this website. If your question is about a live lab, write to us with seat count and whether the room is wired or Wi‑Fi.

What does Digitech Solutions sell?

Teacher-led classroom software for colleges: Interview Lab, English Language Lab, Bengali Language Lab, Virtual ChemLab, and the Digitech classroom server that licences seats and runs the period on the campus network.

Do the labs need the public internet during class?

No. Student and teacher apps are designed to work on the college LAN or lab Wi‑Fi. The public website you are reading is hosted separately (for example on Google Cloud). Classroom sessions are not meant to depend on a distant data centre when the bell rings.

How is this different from a browser-based LMS?

These are desktop classroom systems: a faculty console, student seats, local discovery, and optional classroom voice. Students join a period on lab PCs. They do not log into a public learning portal for the core lab hour.

Can one campus run more than one product?

Yes. Many colleges run language in one timetable slot and interview training in another. Seats are licensed per product on the same classroom server.

How many students can join a period?

Deployments are sized for a live college class — typically around forty wired seats on one lab app at a time. Wi‑Fi, voice broadcast to every seat, and overlapping labs change that envelope. We ask for seat count and network type before we recommend a layout.

What hardware do we need?

A faculty or lab PC to host the Digitech server, a trainer workstation, and student PCs (or existing language-lab carrels) on the same network. Ethernet is the more predictable option for a full class. Exact PC specs depend on the product and whether voice is used.

What is inside Interview Lab?

A structured interview classroom: psychometric and personality work, HR and technical rounds, elevator pitches, group discussion, scored mocks, and a faculty dashboard with roster and readiness scores. See the Interview Lab product page.

Do you support Bengali as well as English?

Yes. English Language Lab and Bengali Language Lab share the same teacher-led classroom model, with licensed seats for each product.

Where is student data stored?

Classroom rosters, sessions, and scores stay on the campus installation (the college’s lab server and related database). This marketing site does not host student lab records. See the Privacy Policy for how the public website handles enquiries.

How do licences work?

Products are licensed by seat and by lab. A commercial licence for software is a separate agreement from use of this website. Quotes are issued after we know products, seats, and campus constraints.

Can we see a demo?

Yes. Use the contact form, email sales@digitechsols.in, or WhatsApp +91 9836391969. Include institution name, city, approximate seats, and the labs you want.

Who should we contact for support after install?

Faculty coordinators and lab technicians should use the support channel named in your licence paperwork. For new campuses, start at sales@digitechsols.in or WhatsApp +91 9836391969.

Still looking for a straight answer?

Send the campus, seat count, and product list. We will not pretend a Wi‑Fi lab behaves like a wired one.
