Legal
Terms & Conditions
Effective 15 September 2026. These terms govern use of this website. A software licence, purchase order, or campus agreement controls the lab products themselves.
By browsing this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Have your lawyer review this text before you rely on it in a tender. Replace names, email, and governing-city details with your registered particulars.
1. Who we are
This website is published by Digitech Solutions to describe classroom lab software and to receive institutional enquiries. Contact: sales@digitechsols.in.
2. What this site is (and is not)
Pages, galleries, and product descriptions are informational. They are not an offer, quotation, or warranty that a given campus network will support a stated seat count. Capacity depends on wiring, Wi‑Fi, voice use, and how many lab apps run in the same period.
Photographs on the gallery page may be illustrative. They are not a promise that your laboratory will look identical.
3. Product licences
Interview Lab, language labs, Virtual ChemLab, and the classroom server are licensed software. Installation, seat counts, support, and restrictions are set out in the licence or contract you sign with us (or with an authorised partner). Using this website does not grant you a software licence, installer, or licence key.
4. Acceptable use of the website
You may view and share public pages for evaluating our products. You may not:
- Attempt to break, overload, or probe the site except with our written permission
- Scrape the site in a way that impairs other visitors
- Misrepresent yourself when sending an enquiry
- Copy branding, layout, or text for a competing site without permission
5. Intellectual property
The Digitech name, logo mark, site design, and original copy belong to Digitech Solutions or its licensors. You may not use them except as needed to visit the site or as we agree in writing. Third-party names (colleges, platforms such as Google Cloud) belong to their owners.
6. Enquiries
Information you send through the contact form or email is treated as described in the Privacy Policy. A message is not a binding order until we issue and you accept a written quotation or licence.
7. Third-party services
The site may be hosted on Google Cloud. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.
8. Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product fitness for a particular college is determined only under a signed licence and a deployment plan, not by marketing copy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Digitech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website (including lost tenders, delayed purchases, or reliance on illustrative capacity figures). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or personal injury where the law forbids exclusion.
10. Indemnity
If you misuse the site or send unlawful content in an enquiry, you will indemnify Digitech Solutions against claims and reasonable costs that result from that misuse.
11. Changes
We may change these terms or the site at any time. The effective date will be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms for website use.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of your registered office (specify the city before launch) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about this website, without affecting any different venue written into a software licence.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms: sales@digitechsols.in or the contact page. Related pages: Privacy Policy, FAQ.
